For the last time: He was pretty much was all powerful until he got stuck in that bad body.

Not his fault anakin and Leia were able to channel all the light side and then use it to PROTECT HIM instead of attacking him.

Bad body? He was in a new clone body when Luke and Leia took care of him, what are YOU talking about?

Luke and Leia, along with ani, used the entire lightside to shield Palpatine from the Dark Side instead of fighting him actively. That'll crush any Sith.
