1. It's been proven in a comic that their wills are DEAD EVEN. It's in the Magneto Respect Thread.

2. It's his will, combined w/ the other two things.

3. He resisted Charles' full telepathic assault when Chuck caught him by surprise in bed.

4. Nobody is saying he's IMMUNE to telepathy. We're saying that the helmet provides no telepathic shielding for him. He's highly resistent because of the other things I mentioned.

Show me a scan of Magneto saying this about his helmet BEFORE the movies came out. The only time it was mentioned to stop telepathic assaults was in New X-Men after the movies came out.

Anytime before that, his helmet never helped protect him from tp assaults. Hell, even weak telepaths were able to communicate with him telepathically with his helmet on if he allowed it...
