Well, if Ororo can contain the essense of Eternity in her body, I don't see what Phoenix can do. Phoenix is life, right? Storm aborbs life and becomes more powerful. She can potentially wield limitless power.

Do you know what kind of power and skill that takes. To be a matter manipulator as a Secondary effect of your TK being so precise and wicked? I know no other TK users in the history of comics who solely have TK who can transmute matter with just TK. She will turn storms heart into stone.

I don't think she'd win, but it is possible.
Storm's been shown to do major shit on that cosmic level with varitable ease, maybe not as intricately, but still.
I wrote CC on the other board about her summoning the full composite power of those millions of stars, since it's often been degraded through willful ignorance, and he basically said YES, she did do it. BUT she was much younger and had no conception of her limitations.
This leads me to believe that it's really her own perception and self-imposed limits that hold her back.
It's really no telling what she is capable of doing.
I don't think she'd win against Phoenix, though, but the possibilities are literally endless.
It wouldn't be out of the norm if infact she did win...........easily

I don't think it takes a lot of time for Cyclops to fire any type of beam, needle thin or wall wide. Can you post your source about Cyclops taking time to fire beams.
Storm's dodging Cyclop's blast was PIS, Storm is not Flash to be able to dodge normal bullets let alone beams travelling at light speed. And Cyclops wad doing that gattling gun type of blasting. Its like when the writers had Superman did the same type of blast to Wonder Woman just to make WW be able to deflect Supe's heat vision with her bracelets.
And it was Jean who deflected the metal shards controlled by Polaris in that scan.
And Storm's wind shield can only deflect debris because its just a strong wind. It's not a real shield. It can't deflect energy beams except for fire, it can only deflect bricks and wood etc.
