Storm's dodging Cyclop's blast was PIS, Storm is not Flash to be able to dodge normal bullets let alone beams travelling at light speed. And Cyclops wad doing that gattling gun type of blasting. Its like when the writers had Superman did the same type of blast to Wonder Woman just to make WW be able to deflect Supe's heat vision with her bracelets.

And it was Jean who deflected the metal shards controlled by Polaris in that scan.

And Storm's wind shield can only deflect debris because its just a strong wind. It's not a real shield. It can't deflect energy beams except for fire, it can only deflect bricks and wood etc.

Storm's reflexes are faster than what you think.

Cuncussive force can be block by a wind sheild.

Storm blocked Polaris's magnetic force bolts with wind in that scan to the point that it forced Polaris to expend all of her energy.

Cyclops dies in matter of seconds, maybe less.

Yes but it won't help her much because all Scott has to do is look at her. And her wind shield won't stop Scott's blast, it can only deflect debris. If her shield can deflect blasts then she would've used it more often like other mutants with shield.

And in the scan, Storm saved Colossus but it was Jean who saved Wolverine. Jean create a tk shield to deflect Polaris' metal shards not Storm.
