You ever felt the urge to resurrect a years-old thread, but didn't know if you should because it may be frowned-upon on whatever forum you were on? That happened to me, but I resurrected the thread anyway. 😖hifty: Anyhoo, here's my ideas.

Story: After the Justice League has finished helping the Quantum Mechanics (if you don't know about em look em up on comicvine 😉 ) reach a higher plane of existence, 13 fragments of their being fall to Earth in various locations. 13 people in turn stumble upon them and become corrupted by power. They quickly establish tyrannist regimes in their respective areas and hire supervillains as enforcement. If necessary, they will resort to brainwashing someone. Bunch of heroes get wind of it, and have to stop them before they reach their full power and become unstoppable.
