Hmmm... always a tough question for me. Spider-Man will always have a special place in my heart, so I'd probably say him, but it's a really close call.

Yup, you can get Spider-Man in it, in various costumes (Ben Reilly, Black Suit, Silver Armour).

The game itself is an isometric rpg, kind of like the old diablo games. Gameplay here (the camera is adjustable, hence the viewpoints):
