why wouldn't emma or shadowcat be able to take him out?

How does he manage against TP? Or a full blown blast from Cyclops? Or being ripped out of his armor by Kitty then beaten to death?

He's immune to telepathy....however:

Mungi isn't that all down to technology though? So if Emma has by passed O.N.E telepathic blockers before would she be able to by pass his TP Blockers?

Because he's immune to TP as shown against Bedlam and Cable, and Shadowcat really won't do much to him as he literally phased in metal and can reform any body that is destroyed

616 as well, but Jeffries has complete control over plastic, metal and glass. He could just reactive it as he has done in the past

Alpha Flight #91 [Vol.1]: Body Reconstruction
Alpha Flight have been battling in various dimensions for a long time. Like 3 months passed in real-time in the 616 universe when they come upon Dreamqueen's world, which Llan manipulated. They have just fought the Avengers prior and are exhausted. Thing destroys Box's body but he easily reconstructs it

Won't work, he literally could take control of Colossus, Wolverine and Cyclops visor, basically he could control anything that consisted of glass, metal or plastic. I'm not factoring this in, since it's cheap. However, here is Jeffries making an atomic blast

Anyways none of the Great Beasts die, just sent back to their dimension. Jeffries absorbs an entire complex into his armor and sets of a nuclear blast by destroying part of his mass

If he actually did I suppose, but he could use members of the team or the environment against them. He even absorbed an entire complex to make a giant suit of armor as well as an army of Box bots and an army of Sentinels.

Madison is a poor-man's Magneto, but that's still enough to get the job done.
