wolverine has always and will always be better than spiderman in my opinion and as stated if cap can take spiderman out with no problem it would be much easier for spiderman to do the same thing.

With no Guyver Wolverine loses to Iron Spiderman, pretty badly 8/10 based on a city setting.

The guyver is (this is me dumbing it down because it gets kinda complicated) sort of like a symbiote

It gives it wearer the 'strength of one hundred men' (I put this down as 80-100 tons) , Vibration blades (elbow blades that vibrate so fast they can cut through anything) Gravity blasts , lasers , sonics and 'The Megasmasher' a bio-beam that can blow mountains away in a single shot.
