So let me get this straight .

Spidey can beat a thing whose taken shots from class 100's and not even cracked , that needed a SPECIALISED chemical designed just to MELT it . A thing which can cut through ANYTHING , even adamantium by vibrating fast enough to slide through it's molecules.

Not forgetting the other insane weapons of the guyver.

Adding Wolverine into the guyver is overkill.

sure guyver is strong and wolverine is a badass, but spidey beats guyver just by punching him in is forehead thats the guyver's weakness if u seen guyver one, and wolverine is no match for spidey i don't know why people keep saying spidey can't beat this guy? a healing factor isn't always enough to win, spidey can take him without even thinking, wolverine is claw swinging ninja, i've seen him get beat by electra and sue storm, i know he beat hulk so has spidey big deal, until wolverine can take down a whole super-power team by himself hes not much, just look at the first secret wars and see who was shining in that mini-series

spiderman was trying to take logan out I highly doubt he cared if he hurt logan since he knows dam right well logan can take spidermans best shot

true how ever if you read it you remeber they were talking when spiderman did that which means non fight.

must I bring up marvel knights #13 how wolverine easily stabbed his claws threw spiderman chest and wolverine felt bad and and sat down while an enraged spiderman punched at him saying, you can stop at anytime and he apologized. Spiderman punches didnt even have an affect on wolverine. It ended with spiderman passing out because of blood loss. Wolverine can EASILY beat spiderman, just like cap did, hahahahahahahahahahahah. Almost forgot, in new avengers #6 a guy wrote to them asking not to make spiderman look the weakest against all the other hero's and the writer simply said that besides spider girl spiderman is the weakest. He said that if he had a choice to fight anyone on the team one of his 1st choices would be spiderman. Now thats what a comic book writer said "can i do this again" hahahahahahahahahahahaha. Also spiderman has gotten own by elektra and it was very easy, she was going to kill him until black cat showed up. Until spiderman stop fighting old 90 year old men like the vulture, wolverine is better.

again with the senseless bickering we both know that they can beat eachother if the conditions are right spider-man wont win ever single fight neither will wolverine healing factor and claws dont make you all powerful and spidy's been known to slip up and have bad days nuff said already quit kicking a dead horse this issue's been settled atleast 4000 times by now all this hateing u guys r thowing at eachother can be better spend on DC u dont hear them going on about superman and batman do you? lando you make some good points, I wasnt trying to argue, I was just trying to let everyone know that spiderman can not decimate wolverine. The only time i have witness spiderman actually beating wolverine was when wolverine was attacking this kid that had special powers and spiderman was scared the entire time then. Then while wolverine was about to attack the child spiderman webbed him up. Spiderman also beat wolverine on there 1st encounter (it was a draw but im going to give the win to spiderman because he did mud stomp wolverine) but that was a weaker version of wolverine, wolverine have had a major upgrade.

Look guy's Wolvie doesn't even NEED to get into h2h.

The guyver's outfitted him with so many deadly long range weapons it would be pointless and overkill.

The guyver has sonics so strong that they cause peoples heads to explode.

Wolvie sit's back , relaxes and lets off such a high note that Parkers head is reduced to paste...
