I hope is emotional, At the end of DMC he fought the Kraken right, and I don't if you read what lovely posted about Jack loosing something in purgatory or at the end of DMC. And she also said something about if Liz really loves and cares about him she wont be able to leave him like that. Like what? We know that after this happens we will see Jack turn more darker in a way.

Well If you look at it It makes sense, he is going to loose something because of Liz, its something that he is going to have trouble overcoming, he becomes darker because of whatever he lost. I mean what else he can possibly had lost? faith? hope? his compass? the pearl? the hat? shock fear, Please punch me I think I'm loosing it.

*PUNCHES U IN THE FACE* Sorry bout that MATE....but do u really think they'll have a Handicapped JAck running around in his adventure? NOOOOO he needs to be in tip top shape for this movie!!! I really don't think that they'll strip Jack of his integrity to that Point!!!!
Maybe he loses his pride u know cause Liz told him that she had read about him since forever about him always being able to escape and to get himself out of binds and messes and has all these adventures....and he failed to get out of this one...or he's probably upset because he let his guard down to the person he trusted and got screwed by her!!! He probabaly just has a lot of resentment that causes him to go dark....and plus dying itself will do a huge number on him!!
