She also has to do a bunch of stupid actions to summon this.
As soon as she raises her hand, she gets her mind blasted to China.

No and this thread is completly pointless because the person that made this thread wanted to feel good about themeselves because they obviously aren't too sure about themselves if storm can actually defeat jean.

Pointless implies obviously that it has no point. It has a clear point. Not who will win? Not who's more powerful? But...

Which team manages to effect an attack first?

They'll probrobly give storm the first chance to strike and then destroy her. 🙁

Characters fight to the best of their ability as per KMC rules. No one is giving anyone else the chance to strike first.

All of these other characters have powers which function MUCH more rapidly than Storm's.

Not to mention, many of them have cognitive processes which function even more rapidly.
