Dadgum, I am so utterly knocked out when there is that closeness, that in yr personal space nearness you showed from those photos. They set up the most delightful harmonics in soul.
Please accept my heartful empathy over the turn of events in AWE but don'tyouknow, she's a pirate . She is one with Will--two hearts, one beat. (have you ever matched your breathing to someone as you lean against their shoulder in the shelter of their arms?) Lizze/Jack are together (think DJ/Calyso)--do you suppose they would exist in a conventional what's for supper kinda thing? Their union is a force of nature --the sunshine, the fierce little squalls that mass suddenly over open water and dissipate, a cool breeze. Two ferocious spirits such as theirs cannot be leashed. She lives with/loves Will becos she lives for Will, her nature. Why despair so deeply when there cannot be a time in this world or the next when she would turn from Jack when he comes to her. Do you imagine in your wildest dreams that never could exist for Lizze/Jack? Will knows as surely as he knows his name that his marriage includes Jack.
With Lizze/Jack they haven't yet perfected how to have what they are and be in the conventional world. I like to think that she hasn't yet grown into total pirate and Jack hasn't yet learned to "play well with others". When they do, and they will, their union will be established with as much intensity as you felt from the betrayal kiss. That Lizze, the pirate king, will totally possess such two gorgeous men, in all the ways a man can be possessed....boy, heidi--that loosens my garters and hardens my ...resolve. Her only "job" will be to "gentle" Jack to bed and find some activity for her other body, Will and child when she seeks him, perhaps they might be stolen....
If I've spoken out turn, please know that this pirate/sailor means naught but comfort to your saddened heart. I too railed and cursed AWE to separate Lizze/Jack and then Lizze/Will. Aaugh! When I look with my heart of hearts it seems clear to me that those who wrote may not know all about the power of the king--that's all. Oh, and the Disney probably isn't ripe yet for an unconventional marriage for three. She requires all, steel, stalwart and true, and Zephyrus, the wild west wind. pirate2-remember she's a pirate.
