COTBP was on TV this morning so I watched it. At the part where Jack is forcing Elizabeth to put his effects on him, I love the moment where she has to put her arms around him and he has this smirk on his face as she does it and looks at Norrington like, "Ha, I bet she's never gotten this close to you before." That's just the way I interpreted it the first time I saw it and thought it was rather cute.

OMG OMG! That's exactly what I thought.
He looks over Elizabeth's shoulder to Norri and gives him that look that REALLY does say "I bet she hasn't been this close to you before."
And then Norri catches what he means and sorta looks away in disgust!

I LOVE that part too!

Also...OF COURSE Keira called him good looking! What woman in her right mind wouldn't?!! Apparently Elizabeth is the only one with real issues....I wish Keira could have a say in who Elizabeth ended up with.

Forever!!! Actually I myself am a girl who loves what she can't have...not having Sparrbeth has only made me want it more.

Maybe if we GOT a Sparrbeth ending...or more JE moments I would watch AWE a couple dozen times and then buy the DVD and love it forever but my obsession would soon fade away in the peace that fallowed the CLOSURE.

Not getting that closure has made me stay a thirsty Sparrabether who will never get water but will always want it. This way I'm never going to be cured of my obsession because I'll wake up every day to think of what could have been but never will be...

not saying it's a good thing that we didn't get JE, just saying it made me even MORE obsessed.

you know what tee, you are probably absolutely right.....but I think it would be even more so...if she just would have ended up alone..perhaps not married and confirmed sex with Will and making a baby...it just finalizes the w/e relationship...i just wish they would have all three went their seperate ways...and it would have left POTC 4 wide open for whatever....and then our obsession would be sky high....

but there is still a small part of me that holds on to a tiny sliver of hope that perhaps all wasn't what met the eye in the end......

sigh
