well you could debate this forever and ever, but really when he says the compass jack looks up-but not intersted, then when he mentions liz in danger he gives that look, so i agree with Djinn on that

me too...I think his reaction is to the mention of Elizabeth...and that's probably true..because he is vexed by her at this point...so much so he cannot find his heading..and he knows he should want to find the chest and the key...if that's what he wanted most in the world...but THE COMPASS ISN"T Working....that's the whole crux of the movie..if you really think about it...Jack is trying to find a chest that is very different...and Lovely when she was on here use to say it all the time...and i agree...the heart that jack is searching for does not lie in the chest of Davy Jones...but in Elizabeth's Chest 😉 "not all treasure is silver and gold, mate"....foreshadowing....

I know those comparisons are amazing, no wonder TnT mentioned it in the commentary. They are identical, they way they are positioned, their body movements and facial expressions.
Yes Jack knowing that Liz was in trouble gave him the strength and courage to get the heck out of there. I also thought it was funny the part when Will is brought in front of Jack he couldn't careless about him, he told the village people to placed him in the cage bones and he was on his way to sit down, but he stop cold when the compass and Liz's name was mentioned. 😄
OMG...I love Jack....especially when he is being a little wicked about Will...of course he could care less about Will. Will stands between him and his true love....no wonder he sends Will to the Flying Dutchman...just kidding...Jack had a plan..and he never really intends for Will to take his place in Davy's locker....
LOL I know I love Jack. He is a trickster, but he always has something up his sleeve. He knew what he was doing, he is brilliant. He doesn't want Will to take the place of DJ. Al thought people might say the contrary, but I believe Jack cares for others. He was clearly thinking about Will and Liz when he didn't let him stab the heart. He knew that whoever undergoes this faith will sunder him/her from all things. So I believe he was thinking of Liz as well, maybe he thought that if Will stabbed the heart it would have caused an unbearable pain to Liz. Which I doubt 😄
yes i agree too...and i was thinking about the kiss scene in the end...and in the commentary t&t said when she wanted to kiss him again something like : interesting that she DID FEEL SOMETHING and she does have the desire as well...but then she holds back..." or something like that i am not certain but i think that it means something 🙂 and then "..about the betray will and how much she weigh that she´ll save will only if she kiss jack..." that is i think also very ineteresting...isn´t it??? (probably i wrote this incorrectly so i am sorry 🙂 )

Jack and Liz are just Fabulous! She did feel something when she kissed Jack to shackle him.... she got a heck of a lot more than a kiss though,.....she got slapped in the face with Feelings she had been trying to hide! Well guess what Lizzie You dont fool us, YOUR SECRET IS OUT!!! WE KNOW!!!! 😄 Now where is WILL cause i'll gladly break the news to him (and i wont be merciful 😄) But something tells me he already knows!!!! HaHaHaHa 😈
I agree....I think Lizzie didn't realize how the feelings she had been surpressing were going to surface after that kiss.....Yeps....it's time for T and T to stop playing games with us...and just give us and show us what is so obvious in AWE...that Jack and Elizabeth are falling in love....and Will's just going to have to get over it....I think he'll be okay....anyways, he's going to be busy helping lost souls find their way to the afterworld....ya know....Captain Turner of the FD and all that...
