And TA-DA, everythings like it was 24 hours ago. The heroes, cosmics, and strange's group were the only ones relevant to the story. Why would they show anything else returning to normal.
If they showed the skrull homeworld turning back, you'd probably say "Earth, the heroes and the skrulls aren't the whole universe."
Even if they showed millions of worlds turning back to normal, you'd say "Well, millions of planets aren't universal."

I CHALLENGE you to find an issue or scan where Thanos Altered MORE than ONE PLANET and Where Thanos did MORE than kill HALF the Population.
Then your logic will have meaning, until then your point is moot and null.
If you bring up Thanos wacking Eternity and taking his place, that will be inconsequential aswell, since Eternity RETURNED to his rightful place as the Universe IMMEDIATELY AFTER Thanos lost the IG.
Nebula NEVER confronted Eternity in any way.

It was called 616 reality because the writers already said 616 earth about 5000 times in the three HOM Exiles issues, and probably thinks the readers have an idea that 616 reality is referring to 616 earth, because they never mentioned the Universe once.
