CW Mace, who was leagues above his ROTS self, was unable to beat the Count. I doubt he would be able to do it in ROTS. Him beating Sidious cant be used to determine the victor in this fight. It is a foolish A<B<C argument which in most cases dont work. I could also argue that Sidious was holding back when they fought.

Um... when? And, Rampant, please, even if that were the case - Dooku would be augmented as well.

Look, people have laid on a crapload of evidence that suggests that Mace > Dooku in swordsmanship. Vaapad > Makashi, and Mace also has the advantage of Shatterpoint, which Dooku is susceptible to. I highly doubt Dooku will take Mace in a swordfight.
Force fight? Dooku would likely win. Not in a duel, though.
Anyways...
Dooku and Yoda win. Yoda is capable of beating either opponent, and Dooku is more than capable of keeping them busy.
But Windu cant beat Dooku. Dooku has won twice before - he can do it again.
Let's see your logic Rampant. Dooku > Windu. Anakin > Dooku. Thus (even though I hate ABC reasoning) Anakin > Windu which isn't true because Windu > Sidious in saber combat, and thus Anakin > Sidious, but that doesn't work because Lucas himself said "you have to either Yoda or Mace to take on Sidious". Thus it doesn't work out.
I believe Mace was just overexaggerating Dooku. He overexaggerates Depa's saber skills by saying it surpasses his, where it definately does not. In addition that was Mace before he has perfected everything and before he had war experience.
Windu beats Dooku and him and Vader pwn Yoda.

Thus that whole argument is based of an A<B<C argument and doesnt work. Point moot. You cant use ABC reasoning to determine a winner - which you have just blatantly done.

Lol. So Windu was just 'overexaggerating' when Dooku bet him. Are you trying to tell me that Mace could have won and killed a powerful sith lord and a key commander of the CIS but decided not to because he was 'overeaggerating'? Give me a break.
In addition that was Mace before he has perfected everything and before he had war experience.
Dooku bet him in the middle of the CW. Windu had more than enough battle experience due to the fact he was in the middle of an inter galactic war. Im quite sure he had already mastered Vapaad (or at least very close to doing so) and was almost, if not already, at his prime.
Yet Dooku still bet him. And dont say the magnaguards effected the fight. They didnt interfere until after Mace was on his ass.
Windu beats Dooku and him and Vader pwn Yoda.
No. Windu and Dooku stalemate, then Yoda beats Vader and the two pwn Mace.

Don't make up crap. ABC arguments are not always bad. Not if it's logical.

Again, Dooku defeated him way back before the Phantom Menace. How do you know Mace had actually mastered Vapaad and his Shatterpoint ability?

When did Dooku beat him? I don't recollect this happening. If you're referring to Mace's statement in Shatterpoint, again Mace doesn't know that his abilities has surpassed Dooku's.

If Depa's bladework > Mace, then she should be able to defeat Sidious in lightsaber combat, which doesn't work out at all. Lucas himself said that Yoda and Mace could only take on Palpatine.Mace was slightly exaggerating Depa.
Maybe that is because Depa is dead at the moment, and GL completly ignores EU characters (I know she does exist in the movies, but nothing about her, etc.)....
Rampant, Mace was not on his ass, what are you talking about? Dooku was holding his speech about "IF you kill me", "some other day, but not today", and all that, and Mace was fighting him for like half a minute, then they pulled him off the cliff. He was NOT on his ass, not nearly...
Yoda takes Windu, Tyranus takes Vader (if it's OT Vader). Or Mace takes Vader, Yoda takes Tyranus and then Mace might take Yoda since he'll likely be less tired than Yoda is since Yoda's form uses alot of energy. Or, if it's ROTS Vader he takes Tyranus, Yoda takes Mace, then Yoda's to tired to take Vader, or Yoda takes Vader, Mace takes Tyranus, then Mace beats Yoda since Yoda's to tired to ebat Mace.
So probably Vader and Windu.
