Yoda and Dooku will win.
Dooku will not under-estimate Mace in a fight and will resort to his mastery of force to over-power him.
And Yoda is too powerful for Vader to handle by himself. Even OT Vader will loose to him.
If Windu in RotS can best Sids in a duel I'm sure he can Dooku too by this time.
Windu never out-classed Sidious in a Saber duel. It was his "kick" that un-balanced Sidious.
