Namor has been able hurt Reed by physical means with a single punch. Reed needed the help of his wife to stand up.

Reed's stamina is that of a normal human. Colossus, on the other hand, can fight near-full strength for days on end.

Reed has stated on-panel that he has to intentionally keep shifting his body to be immune to physical attacks.

I agree that while Reed has his energy, Colossus will not be able to do much to him. It is also clear that Reed will not be able to do much to Colossus. Reed, however, will tire out. And when he does, Colossus is going to take advantage of him, and (excuse my French) beat the living shit out of him.

That still doesn't explain the point of how Wolverine can litterly turn himself into jello and Colossus can hit him all day and it wouldn't matter

Reed doesn't need stamina to simply let Colossus try to attack him for days 😐
