Some things work on Mr. Fantastic. I doubt Colossus will.

Mr. Fantastic is indestructable but Colossus can do almost anything in his armored form. Would be a good fight if Colossus gets his hands on anything.
Mr. Fantastic is real smart though so Colossus would have to rely on training.
