Meh. I don't see either really being able to hurt the other, but if anything I'd lean towards Colossus. If one assumes a stalemate due to inability to do harm, eventually Colossus would win since he doesn't fatigue in armoured form. 😬

If Reed gets to use one of his plot-device weapons then he'll win everytime. But with regular powers I gotta say stalemate or Colossus pulls out a win slim win due to his stamina.

Very good question. The original poster didn't specify a locale, so aren't we supposed to assume a neutral arena? Meaning no skipping over to the Baxter Building to grab his anti-colossus ray?
