A little over 750 posts in 10 months ... 😬
Shouldn't we have someone a tad more .... qualified?

I'm fine with pretty much anyone (who has a basic understanding of the characters involved) as long as the judges read through the entire battle and have valid reasons for their vote.
Meh ... they may actually be better off not knowing too much about the characters .... with all the power switching/meshing, hardly any of the characters in the tourney resemble their normal power levels anyway.
i'm a bit confused in that last battle about how the ability for 'ss' to transmute ex am just because of his powerset came out of nowhere. once again, THAT should have been brought to light a lot earlier than it was, and doesn't seem entirely fair . . . 😬
scoob and digi -- i am NOT piling on you guys. but that 'special' rule being somehow allowable for the first time and the legality of it (i'd thought it illegal all along, as well . . .) until one of the last couple posts seems . . . not quite right in my book. 🙁
that was a GREAT match in terms of strategies. to be able to use an attack that is not allowed on any other character doesn't seem right.

Meh, the transmutation is a 3rd string strategy (Sentry and anti-metal being 1-2). If you guys have a huge problem with it, it's not like we really need it....so you may have a point, even though I see no problem with it given the nature of AM's abilities.
But thanks...I agree it was a good match.

I've always had to bend the rule on transmutation for Absorbing Man given the nature of his abilities. DG and BB know this, so it shouldn't come as a shocker to them. I even told them that during their prepping strategies, they were allowed to transmute him because if one wants to properly power mesh EX AM, I realize that transmutation is pretty much unavoidable.
So yeah, he is the exception to the rule...

Yeah, you guys should have some prep time once this match is determined....I doubt we'll jump right into the finals.
