On GLs though I don't think every feat is interchangable you can't tell me Kilowog is pulling off a high tier feat of Hal or Kyle but telling me Kyle couldn't do a feat Kilowog or an equal to worse GL I think is a little unfair because it is a weapon based on willpower and imagination
