Onslaught's fine. You can use both Xavier's and Magneto's feats for all I care. He'd be a pick for "overall power and versatility."

1. Superman Blue lost all of his strength
2. Magneto's energy running through his body has him on class 100 levels in terms of strength and durability.
3. Magneto's electromagnetic powers + one of the best telepaths in the entire Marvel universe = overall power and versatility

Ok. But Supes DID have the ability to amp up his strength and durability(like when he fought the Millennium Giant, or wrestled the angel).
Nope. He lost all of his super strength. He was only able to go toe to toe with a Millenium Giant because he converted energy to matter.
In a training session with Kyle, Supes even mensions all his strength is gone. Kyle was dropping thousands of tons of matter on him, but he reversified the force, and repelled Kyle's constructs via an EM field.

GL feats need to be examined on a case by case example. I don't think blanket statements are fair in their regard.
i'm just saying what I'M gonna do, mon ami. judging case by case opens up too much grey area. if i see THAT gl doing a feat, great. if not . . .
. . . . sorry charlie. keeps things nice and simple this way. otherwise we get into -- "can guy do all the things hal or kyle can?" "what about kilowogg??" and since no one has proof . . .
it was ridiculous last tournament, and if i'm judging this one (which i may be) it'll be feats by that gl alone and no ambiguity. 😬
everyone else is of course free to look at it however thye so choose (maybe both other judges WILL allow interchangeable feats . . .)

He's able to "appear" strong because he can convert energy to matter.

Yes but when he converted energy to matter, it increased his strength. Could you really see someone who could only lift 300 pounds hanging with a Millenium Giant? He increased his size and strength by converting energy to matter. I mean, if you still want to classify him as energy that's fine, I was just pointing something out.
All I said was he lost all of his super strength.
His "energy to matter" tidbit is nothing more than another energy manipulating tactic.
