Nah, that situation got resolved, so it's cool. Being a mod in a tourney can still be a hassle, but I'm happy to have participated.

I have one more big decidion to make as for the outcome.

I hope another tournament will be made with the same rules intact.
(I plan on participating the next one….I don’t know how far I would get)

I basically just grabbed about 4 books from my shelf (I also happen to own "The Art of War"😉 and tried to find pertinent quotes. I had said everything I wanted to already, but ending the tournament with a fun post like that seemed cooler.

Thanks for reading and voting leo. This was obviously a close match, and while I'm obviously of the mind that we won, I appreciate all votes that take everything into consideration.

And thanks for the kind words. "You 4 are proof of why KMC rocks all other comic sites..." was nice to read. I'd agree...not for me in particular, but intelligent and competitive events like this tourney are what seperate us from other sites.

That is how things should always go in debates except for maybe the last few post but it was all in good fun. 😛

Once again great job and defently both sides deserve to be applauded.

I think "lived up to the hype" is a compliment too....it would be hard to get 4 people in a match with more collective experience (not impossible, but tough as hell). And it was definitely a challenge for both sides.

I, for one, enjoyed the hell out of it.

I'm done hosting tourneys. 2 is enough for me. I'll judge for pretty much anything, because I usually at least browse the matches anyway, but no more directing.

As for participating, I'll refrain from saying I'm retired, but I'm definitely done for quite a while. I don't have the endurance for tourney-after-tourney like many of you guys, but I doubt I'll want to remain out of them forever. It would have to be the right situation....either a power level and tourney rules that interest me, or a wicked fun partnership or something along those lines. So I'll just have to decide as things go along.

Also, HOTT additions to the Sentinel respect thread, boys. I wanted to thank you but didn't want to clutter his thread. I still have a few scans I should've added months ago, so I'll get around to them at some point.
