bats couldn't control it at first and we never DID see if he could have used it. regardless, bats has one of the strongest wills in both universes, so he's not a great comparison. as far as the other people who could fly -- that was a LOOONNNNGGGGGG time ago . . . nowadays, even SELECTED rookies have trouble using the rings . . .

anyway, hopefully we won't need to deal with the problem.

I agree I think ring creation should be banned it's defently one of those things that can make one character to valuable not to have.

All for banning Ring Creation. It turns a 'above Herald' level characters into f*cking monsters.

However we want. Example, a pacifist like Silver Surfer can still kill, and two enemies who would kill eachother in character fight together...

It was a nifty tactic in the previous tourney, but now that it's popularized, it would get out of hand quite fast.
