Batdude's Tourney Discussion Thread

Spider-Man is probably the cap, I guess.

I liked using characters outside comics in the last one, so I will do that in my tourney too. Adds flavor in the tournament...

Last time Cage was the limit and it let in quite the wide variety of powers

Limit in strength? Currently Cage is like Class 30 I think.

I might make different limitations on strength, speed etc...

Hey I have a question, what happens if NO ONE wants to pick first during the first round of the draft(to keep them from having to pick LAST in the second round)?

Ill pick first....shoot, No one is taking my first character 😈

but since I am so confident that they wont be picked, I will even say who it is:

Spiderman. 😈

I mean he is partly magical now isnt he? that whole totem crap. Common. Someone TRY and steal him from me!!

Then Batdude eventually does a random draw to see who goes first?

Though if it comes to that then the second round should also be a random draw.

Probably wont be an issue though.

Hmm, it's done in set order? Interesting.

Spider-Man is banned ... his Spider Sense makes him invulnerable and his magic spikes can poke through anything from Cap's shield to Cap's jobber aura

You guys are amusing. But yeah, the drafting format should be interesting....it might blow up in our faces if no one wants to pick, but I have a feeling at least a few teams won't mind an early pick in the "energy" category.

...and stop talking about the next tourney. I refuse to pin anyting that's any earlier than, say, June (and I'd encourage later).

2 questions for batdude:

1. BFR. Allowed or not?

2. Post limit. I'm all for a post limit like last tourney....otherwise the battles get unmanageable.
