Me and rewmac have our picks pretty much decided, and as we get the second pick in the next round i doubt we'll have too many problems...

Yeah, no one can vie for position in round 2. But Round 3 will be interesting. Quite a few A-list people are available in round 3 though, so I'm expecting a lot of good picks, even for people that are near the end.

I'm waiting to see who picks what brawlers because believe it or not I think this category is going to be key because while there may be a ton of decent brawlers many of them are beasts especially when you can remove any weaknesses from them.

I swear Longshot would be a viable pick for a street tourney...but I doubt most judges would buy into it.

And yeah, there's dozens of competent brawlers, but most of them have at least 1 or 2 things that make them less than "great" in my book. It'll be a fun round, especially because everyone has to wait for their turn.

a street tourney would be cool, and i dont see why longshot wouldnt be allowed, of course theres the whole 'luck' thing...

no offense digi, but this would remind me of two five year olds plpayfighting with guns, but on a larger scale...

The way I see it, a smart draft should easily be capable of making a Skyfather.

Especially if he happened to have access to the speed force, the Quantum Bands and Mjolnir....

Nah, it's given me a much greater appreciation of the post count limit in the other tourneys these days .... when there's no limit you just know that it's going to bore the hell out of spectators (and often the competitors) by half way down the second page.

Although, with the matches running only one day (supposedly anyway) it isn't that bad ... it's not like it's a week long match with no post limit ... those things used to drive me insane.... I'd dread logging on if I was in a match cos I knew I'd have to respond to every facet of 5 or more posts made when I was offline.

Then do the same thing again next time I refreshed the page.
