We actually had Hal ahead of Kyle too. We obviously got our first pick, but Hal/Kyle were 2-3 for us after Thor.
Our round 3 roster looked something like:
Thor, Hal, Kyle, Alan(Sentinel), Orion, BRB...after that I forget.

People I was surprised got overlooked: Orion, Majestic (once we dropped him I figured someone would want him), Kyle
People I never thought of: Vulcan, Black Alice, Iceman ( 😛 ), EXAM (we thought about regular AM). Everyone else crossed I or Scoob's mind at some point.
Scoob thought of a ton of other obscure picks, most of whom I can't remember. Omni-Man, Invincible's dad, was a favorite of mine. Space Phantom was in there somewhere though, and that was the only one that came to fruition.
...I guess that's about it. We considered lots of combos (we almost took Nate Grey in round 1 over Warlock, for example), but not a ton of them went too far, as we pretty much had Warlock and Thor in mind all along....and SP was a late addition once we thought of some clever stuff that we felt was better than what Majestic offered.
And Krypto. Someone should've taken him. 😉
