It was dumb, Wreck swung and Doc caught the crowbar, yanked it away, took control of it, kung fu'd Wrecker and chased him away.

I see him getting his power back (finally) and trying to remain good for a while but then going on his own and kinda being an anti-hero.

Juggy only got weaker and weaker through the last couple of years. And he became kind of a softie. So it's time that he comes back as we seen him with Cytorrak's Gem, be on the good side but having the Gem of Cytorrak.

I can’t see him being on the good side in Marvel, which would make him Superman’ish with out the flight. What bad guys would stop him? I have never seen a street leveler in Marvel that would have the ability to go toe to toe with him, he would have to go with the Avengers or something because their bad guys are much stronger.

I think hes gonna be the diffrence maker when Hulk comes back! No seriously Hulk might even have help when he returns. But whos to say Juggs "still good or not" happens to be the one to stop Hulk's world rampage. And when it happens remeber who called it!

Cyttorak though he is evil he also likes to have his ego stroked and his name thrown out as well. So maybe as long as Cain is giving Cyttorak's power fame he could still have it.

According to this writer, yes. According to Cyttorak's other appearances, no.
Strange uses Cyttorak's enchantment on a daily basis without being evil.
