I said true democracy was chaos, you really have a problem misquoting people.

The minority only has influence when they manage to convince enough of the majority to become a majority themselves. It almost never happens. But still they succeed on the whim of the majority hence the power is still there's.

It doesn't really matter how he defines democracy and whether he supports it or not; since he's stated he'd be willing to subvert it in order to achieve his aims regardless of whether he has the support of the general populace - because the general populace should have no input into legislation except voting in the government which he intends to subvert.

Here are a few things on "mature debating":

1) Telling the truth
2) Being able to support your claims with facts
3) Not dodging/spinning
4) Being consistent in your stances and points

You failed at all four... I am certain there are more; I am certain you have failed at those too. But hey, like I said above, at least you're consistant at that, FAILING.

Last time I checked a mature debate didn't involve having a giant stick shoved so far up one's ass it interfered with proper brain functioning. But that's just imo, of course.

No you have insulted me every step of the way, all I have tried to so is debate my beliefs. Many times in this thread I have said I respect your right to have your opinion and all I have asked in return is respect for my right to think what I believe and I have yet to get that.

In North America, the majority rules, they allow the minority the appearance of influence in order to mollify them. Now sometimes the minority CAN change the minds of the majority, but the power is still with that majority because they can choose whether to agree or not and if they say no the minority can do nothing about it.
