Trigon has also Never Destoyed the main DCU. He may have encountered no resistance in his efforts. Also, DS is able to obtain more power as he is shown being able to absorb pantheons of power. He also collapsed a fifth of a universe onto itself. (inthe cinque of power). So I rated him higher. ALL of this of course is speculation as the DCU has merged into a single more powerful reality I really can't tell you who is where for sure any more.

I really dont' know how Trigon would face against DS and Vice Versa. I just went with DS since DS was able to Shake the cosmos, and help fight against the Anti-life. I also forgot to put the quantum mechanics on the list.
