I know they are keeping that boy a secret. They don't even let him talk. If the rumors about Liz forcing Jack to stay in the pearl with a sword, among other rumors, were proven false--INCLUDING--the rumor about Ana Maria showing up at the end--then I refuse to believe this kid is going to be used as a flashback of Jack's childhood.
And if you people havent noticed, Jack is still wearing those fertilities symbols around his belt.
"A younger version of Jack Sparrow" isn't implying to me that it's a flashback of Jack.
A tiny bit of subject but, most of my family say that I'm the younger version of my dad. Meaning that I was like him when he was a kid.
So to me, IMO, "the younger version of Jack Sparrow" is implying little Jack jr.

Seeing all the hints from the script and putting everything that we know together, I must say that I am 110% sure that Liz will have Jack's baby. I must say that I am very proud of you girls. That was an awesome detective work. Good find.
