But Dominic under wraps is just another of the Disney ploys to keep interest peaked. How do we know that Dominic is not a stow-a-way on the Pearl or whatever ship they wind up on or he is the cabin boy and the son of a dead pirate and Jack pledged to take care of him. There are alot more possibilities than he's the child of Lizzy and Jack.

Of course there are more possibilities, but there are a lot of hints and symbolisms that we ca not deny, this kid will play an important role in this movie. His name is not mentioned on IMBD because it would give away to much. This was posted in this site by a reliable source. Disney is keeping Dominic Top Secret Area 51 classified LOL. If he was going to be in a simple flashback why keep it so secret? Another thing, in the 36 pages there are various references to passing on a legacy and they are all directed at Jack. There are also symbols of fertility in Jack's scenes for example the 10,000 crabs in purgatory. The crabs symbolize fertility, it represents the sign of cancer a water sign that also represents prosperity. TnT clearly said in the commentary to pay attention to all the symbols through the movie. But I could just be over analyzing this, I guess we will never know until May-25.
Yes Tegue was the one that imprisoned Calypso in to human form in order to protect her. And I don't think Jack will take his place, from what we know Calypso will be cast out of human form and she will go to haven with the Captain. I really, really don't believe the rumor about Liz casting herself for Calypso that would be so lame.
No I don't think so, that first scene is intended as a flash back. You will understand at the end or in the middle of the movie what that scene was all about. I think there's foreshadowing in that scene, TnT love to do that. Remember piracy is coming to an end, Jack Sparrow has to find a place in the new world or perish. So I have no doubt that we are going to see this happening again.
