Higly unlikely it would be their spawn considering he was first rumored to be a younger Jack, and not to mention he look a lot like Johnny did as a kid. 😄

Why do we need a stunt double's hand???? Is it because of Johnny's tatoo? But, they made close ups of his hand before and Mr. Depp just covered them with his rings..
