LOL I know it sounds stupid, but is not like that. I don't know how to explain it. Jack cares for Liz not just to make babies. Like for example when you meet some one incredible, you say Ohh I want that man/women to be the father/mother of my child. You feel like you have found the right person, your soul-mate, and therefore you would want to have a family with him/her. Because you feel you were meant to be.

yes the kid is confirmed young jack in a flashback, just as Elizabeth chained Jack to the Pearl by threatening him with a sword, and the mystery character at the end of film 2 was Ana Maria. 😉

lol i get what ur trying to say Misty u did a good job explaining. but what i dont get is the fertility belt jack is wearing why does he wear it and why doesn't he understand why he thinks of elizabeth when he is dying?
