i found fable 1 quite enjoyable, but its games like this, oblivion that i always want much much more from because they give you a lot of good elements but not enough of them

Most RPGs are at least 20 hours game time to do the main quest. Fable takes about 10 hours to finish the main quest and do a couple things on the side as well. If you're going to play Fable 2, then you may as well play the first to get familiar with it, but it was an overhyped game.

I played the original when it was first released. It was fun.

Oh man! But once you play Elder Scrolls: Oblivion...you just hope Fable 2 doesn't run on hype or else is going to bomb. Fable 2 better bring BIG GUNS for the sequel.

meh big guns, big guns cant beat a big magic sword in a fantasy world, unless its a big enchanted mini gun 😄 ill prob have to w8 till Fable 2..lost chapters is out on PC or watever theyll call it when they put it on PC, sounds great tho

Wow, this game looks great. I saw a little teaser type thing a while ago, and the graphics look awesome but after that I didn't look much into it.

The first game I enjoyed, and kept repeating play for a while but it got kind of tiresome and very very repetitive, so I hope Fable 2 has a little more content and stuff like that, which I'm sure it will. I don't know if I like the gun idea so much but hey, I can't knock it until I've tried it.

I still have to get the XBOX360 so I guess I'll be waiting for a while....

I absolutely LOVED the first one, I fairly recently beat Lost Chapters and can only expect Fable 2 to have even more stuff. One thing I would like to say is that they had better have a good villain, Jack of Blades was badass and if this one sucks I'll be mad!😠

Lost Chapters was just adding a couple new things to an already-short game. It took me about 15 hours, and was relatively easy. It was also annoyingly linear, despite the side quests...and when that's the case, the story has to be A+ material to make up for it. It wasn't.

I doubt I'll buy this game. It might be cool, but a lot of it sounds like gimmicks. "Have a kid! And a dog!" ....cool, but those things don't make a game (and hell, I modded Oblivion so that I could have a pet...my panther would likely whup the sh*t out of anything Fable will muster).

I have to agree, Jack of Blades remain to be a favorite villain of mine from the video games I've played or attempted to play, heh heh.

I liked him better in Fable, because they changed his voice for The Lost Chapters and that kind of made him lose the magic...I thought his original voice was more creative, less...I dunno, just less common.

I think I liked it because it was roguish, haha, and it wasn't what people typically viewed as demonic...but considering what kind of game Fable is I suppose his new voice would fit in better, so yeah, I guess I am now enlightened and perhaps forced to agree with you there, heh heh

I just downloaded and watched the trailer off of market place. It looks great, I'll definitely be getting it. I think there need to be more of these type of games released for the 360, don't get me wrong - I love a first person shooter as much as the next man, but do we really need so many?

I've always loved the first Fable(I've beaten it 15 times ftw), and the second looks even better.

I liked fable alot. Infact, i just bought it from xbox live again. Is the game you buy on xbox live have lost chapters included?

I hope the sequel offers more customization and a deeper upgrade system. I'm also curious to see if the music and art design is just as good. The original fable was a beautiful game. I liked how each area had it's own theme and music.
