PIS is plot induced stupidity, when a character isn't fighting their best (could be the hero or the villan), (i.e Magneto losing to Colossus). We don't use these examples here.
CIS is characer induced stupidity, which is applied here. This is a character stipulation set upon themselves by their mentality (Spiderman won't kill, Rhino is dumb, etc.)

no arguments but I thought you may like to know. this is explained in the weapon x novel...
nanotech was used during the bonding process to ensure the bones still had porosity.
Uh, would this matter anymore as Wolverine had that weapon X skeleton removed by Magneto? And then had Apocalypse remove Sabretooth's adamantium and gave it to him..?

Thanks for your help.

If wolverine regularly has these high feats, then they are no longer PIS but rather proof he is a high level character.
False. PIS is not contingent on consistency.
The Flash gets hit by people that have NO business hitting him ALL the time. Is this PIS, or just proof that he is a lower level character?
