Give it up, man. We don't have the truck, you've already been seen, and even if you could pull it off it's all too likely that the flying cement would end up hitting us or the helicopters anyway. This is Ush GMing for us, after all.

I'm gonna cut power lines.
With a cement truck!
I wanna run the cement truck into a power line pole thing that is OUTSIDE the compound so that the power goes out within the base, so we can sneak in easier.
And if there is no pole, or they have a back up,
I'm gonna go blow up the generator...

(And now you all know how my brain works, because that was pretty much train of though.)

Then when we're flying away nice and safe you can shoot it with a rocket launcher 😛

It's daylight and you are stealing the copters from a big field, basically. Unless you have a plan that specifies otherwise, you don't actually go inside a base at any point.

As I pointed out, you're not inside and it is daylight. There's no power to cut. Except possibly for the alarm, and that would juast annoy everyone.
