Seems as if Galactus at full power is like Eternity lvl. Dont' know how powerful Franklin is at full power, but Wanda in HOM was beyond the universe. She was remaking and erasing eternity like it was nothing. Albeit she was stark raving mad and not really in control. But galactus has that nifty ability to survive universal destruction and recreation better than anyone else. Galactus for the win.

I"m almost positive she was remaking the universe. I gotta get that book out of my storage. If she only remade the planet, This fight is lopsided with no hope for the mutants. Either way, Galactus' own power to survive Big bangs puts him over the top IMO.
WThe thing is Scarlet Witch as far as we've been shown only warped reality on earth, not the whole universe. Roma says in Uncanny X-men that Wanda performed a "GLOBAL alteration" and in lasts months "Avengers Disassembled What If" it refers to how Wanda was making global changes and that she rewrote the world time and time again.
Nowhere does it actually state that she warped the entire universe. A statement saying Wanda warped reality is ambiguous as its not specific enough and in light of Romas words and the lack of cosmic interference it seems very likely that it was just the planet. But who knows? Maybe more will be revealed soon.

Exactly Mr Master. She warped the entire 616 reality (including the entire universe). Remember how in Thunderbolts the Kree were shown to be affected by Wanda and they all weren't on Earth at the time. Besides don't you think if the entire Earth did a 360 spin in the blink of an eye that it wouldn't attract universal attention. The reason it didn't was because the universe spun along with the Earth

Franklin Prime is just at high-celestial level - Not a factor ...
HoM Wanda - She would be able to win if she got enough time (emotion based power) but Eternity (Galactus' Prime) could just blow her out like a candle light before she set's fire to his house ...
It's like putting up Hulk Thor ... Hulk would win if he got angrier, it would take time, however if Thor is fast enough he can take him, and he have done serval times.
But Eternity is infinite (infinity grade 1) in all aspect's.
Speed and anything, Wanda wouldent get time to think ...
But if Wanda could generate power she would have the upper hand.
