Ahh but see Check out the above scan.. Genis blinks the Universe in and out that also contradicts, the Just manipulating the Earth.. When someone she manipulated was capable of such feats which i think surpasses manipulation of just one planet...

That very same page is Heather pointing out to Blink that Wanda had ALREADY REMADE Beak's Whole World (Earth 616)
In the lower panels when Wanda is REMAKING the UNIVERSE though, she does NOT say, she is Remaking the World again, or she is Remaking Earth 616 again.
She specifically says,
"She's starting to REMAKE REALITY 616 again"
Now the term "Earth 616" was used in the issue several times, why is it, that when it came to the ACTION of the WARP, the term REALITY 616 is used?
Since when is the Planet Earth an entire REALITY?
If Wanda's power was global, how the heck did she have Genis BLINKING the UNIVERSE In and OUT of EXISTENCE?

I can see how this can be interpreted as universal warping, but it was stated twice before the "reality" panel that Wanda warped earth, it could be a reference to the scope of reality that they were talking about.
The New Thunderbolts HOM tie-in with Genis however does make it seem like the scope of "HOM" did reach out past earth. I don't know, but the full scope of "HOM" seems pretty ambiguous to me.

I'd give this fight to Galactus for a few reasons. HOM wanda was affecting all of 616 and debatably the entire universe- I say debatably because with the exception of Roma, none of the high level abstracts or guardians that tend to show up when universal level threats present themselves actually did.
None of the events wanda pulled off are beyond the capabilities of a high level cube being- those things can create pocket universes at will, as can franklin richards at his full potential.
Both cube beings and celestials are WELL below a full power galactus, who has been shown to absorb (and kill) celestials on his own. If we include the nullifier as part of the powerset of a 100% galactus (as we should) that was able to destroy and recreate ALL of the marvel multiverse, not just 616 eclipsing what wanda was able to do by a good deal.

just to point out, I never said That these Three stood a chance against a FP Galactus, I was merely pointing out the FACT that Wanda Remade the 616 Universe.
Whatever FP Galactus is, it's FAR BEYOND Universal in scope.
Galactus was NOT FP, and he was still absorbing the 616 Universe during the Black Celestial arc.
Here's a quick recap of the Story:
The Dreaming or (Black Celestial) was using GALACTUS to DESTROY ALL of Reality, to then CREATE a NEW ONE.
His (Galactus) appetite increased Geometrically, he would consume not only Planets, but the ENTIRE UNIVERSE"
Galactus's Power was going to obliterate the ENTIRE race of Celestials, destroy the Universe and create a NEW one.
"and with the UNIVERSE DESTROYED, not even the Celestials will survive, the Black Celestial will become the NUCLEUS and FOUNDER of a NEW UNIVERSE"
"He will be a GOD"
"Galactus Himself is the WEAPON"
"Galactus who's busy wolfin' (eating) down ALL of TIME and SPACE"
"Still the Giant doth continue to GROW"
"Eventually, Thor, He would SPAN the ENTIRE UNIVERSE"
So not only will he absorb the Universe but he will become as big as one.
Reed even says, that basically the Multi-verse will follow:
"The time will come soon when ALL the Energy in the UNIVERSE through out it's HISTORY will NOT be SUFFICIENT to feed him"
Finally,
in order to stop himself from absorbing the rest of the UNIVERSE and EVERYTHING BEYOND
Galactus ERASES himself, and that UNIVERSE from existence
"And without a sound, the UNIVERSE behind them softly and suddenly VANISHES AWAY"
FP Galactus curbstomps ALL three, WITHOUT the Nullifier.
FP Galactus with the UN, is overkill.
