well I agree with you about this being KMC Flash. But a lot of characters aren't portrayed here like they are in comics.
Spiderman is unhittable on KMC whereas in comics he gets hit by regular henchmen.
Everything wolverine does in comics is dismissed here as PIS.
So some characters are definitely overpowered on KMC (Flash, Iceman, Spiderman) while others are weakened (Magneto, Wolverine)

Umm, you tried to say that Wolverine can take planet busters, beat Magneto, Strange, etc, as non pis.
Believe it or not, Wolverine does pis out in most of his appearances...

When you have Flash beating Eternity, Galactus, then you know he is overpowered.
How is Magneto weakened, oh, because he can't beat a GL, because he can't absorb Galactus's cosmic power, because he can't rebuild the UN?
Oh, no, he is supremely underpowered!
When you have Wolverine beatiing Godzilla, people saying he can beat Thanos in h2h, when people argue about him beating Gamora, he is anything but underpowered, in fact, he is just plain overated here.
