I'm talking about combat speed. Superman has more useful speed in terms of fighting.

Surfer's is good if you want to travel a couple hundred light years really quick... but not for fighting. 😬

Superman's fast enough to get in close, and that's all he needs.

If Spectre isn't around, then they could. The Darkhold, which Strange has possession of, was said to be powerful enough to destroy the marvel universe if allowed, all Strange has to do is sacrifice himself during the prep by freeing Chthon and that's pretty much the end of D.C Earth. That's just one single artifact ol' Strange has at his disposal.....so, yeah.

SS and Thor aren't needed at all.

What are Phantom Stranger's best feats? Spectre is a bit of a sod, though. Sometimes he has good feats, sometimes he gets his ass handed to him by a 17 year old girl or told what to do by Zatanna. He's just as inconsistent as the rest of 'em.
