i´ve been reading annihilation and thats why i was one of the first to say he was more powerful then enhanced level, the skrull is a killing machine in annihilation, his fights are really cool to watch.

Certainly. Kl'rt's gotten better at using his powers over the years too, but the FF are each specialists in the use of their abilities while he has divided his effort among learning several. Johnny and Sue in particular have come up with all sorts of remarkable tricks over the years that Kl'rt may never have even considered. That's not to say that he hasn't come up with new ideas too, and he certainly learns more every time the FF whup him 😉 , but the FF have spent a lot more time and effort mastering their individual powers than he has.
The few times he has beaten them he's either a) had the powerup-ray from back home, or b) remembered he was the "best of the best" of the Skrull army and fought like it for a change.

They seem Herald level. The cap for this level is WARMACHINE(tech versatility and weapons)/COLOSSUS(strength)/JEAN PRE-PHOENIX (TK and Telepathy).
If any of your guys pass these levels, then they are not allowed in enhanced meta.
