and radioactive man would? i never read anything with him but i doubt he can withstand thor blows forever, and in that case he probably should be allowed, but people with more experience should tell they´re opinion i really don´t know.

Dane seems ok. If I had to make a comparison, he seems to be like colossus with soldier experience, and basic telepathic & telekinesis abilities. Can I be assured this is how the character is?
Your not getting Spartan with void enhancement. And since this guy is an obscure character I'd rather you not pick and choose his power so he can fit into this category. Please re-choose.
