my first more to come but nothing special

geez i realized i made the first one way too big, but this second one i keep making smaller and it nvr seems to be small enough :/ to use as a sig

That first one looks too big for KMC.

But not bad for a first effort. They could use borders, and some blending between the render and background. And subtlety is always a plus with text (i.e. make it inconspicuous).

But lots better than most peoples' first couple sigs, so good job and all.

okay for your first sigs ,what program do you use

just cs2 free trial :/ which this is my last day, :/ my comps been on the fritz so i havnt been able to use it much :/

i had gimp for a while but idk why but the program got all fuxd up :/, had to remove it so i wont be making really many more sigs for a while lol, or working on better

bah heres another but this one is really screwed up no where near what i was trying to do ill fix it up later if i still can

these sigs came from useing gimp??

no the first few i was using photoshop just messsing around the last one from gimp

trying out a tut it didnt turn out all that nice but its inspired me for much to come 😛

i also realize i need to work on text lol

this was for a request on another site but i dont like it at all :/ and the text is very bad, and after uploading this to the internet it looks alot worse than bfore
also i notice more looking at the render uplclose it may have been to dark :/ and fuzzy :/

(was obsiously attempting to use earlier tut :/ for help)

Keep trying getting alot better. Dont be scared to fiddle around with alot of things on photoshop. 🙂

If you need helpin hand or advice just shoot to anyone on the forum!

avvy, the animations turned out crappy so didnt use them :/

a request on another forum:

your stuff is not bad at all. Your last one shows improvement. Just some advice, on your 2nd one the text is hard to read against that background. Just try and be aware of those things when making sigs. I find text 'style' and placement can be one of the most difficult tasks in pulling off a great sig. I have had trouble with that in the past before too. 😛

I like to use 'dropshadow' or 'outerglow' to try and make the text stand out. Of course there are other ways, but those are the two I prefer. 🙂

noted thanx lol, the most trouble im having is uploading fonts and brushes :/

and no more sig making fo me until tuesday :/

well just got back a few hours ago tried to make another sig but didnt come out half as well as i wanted but i loved the backrnd thinking of using it on one more

bah andi see my first sigs are dissapearing this has happened bfore :/ shuld probably start uploading using this site or something
