its blurry again 😬

hopefully somone can comment and explain maybe what they think is wrong or how i can fix this blur, i just dont get why its so bad on many people have said things to me about uploading and save type but i dont think thats the main contributers to this

bah comments appreciated, i think the size limits are too strict 😬 i make my image quite a bit smaller than 420 by 150 and it nvr works 😬 my god

quite a good anime if a bit odd (eps are out of order intentionally etc)
