Karnak is no Mister X, not even close. And Wolverine is at his peak here; didn't drank 25 beers and certainly didn't fight a small army before facing Karnak.
Logan has literally thousands more appearances than Karnak. And his performance against elite fighters is great... y'know, unlike that of this thread's Inhuman 🙂

You see the problem is that Karnak needs to strike first. And connect. It's gonna be rather hard with the opponent that has much greater speed and skill... not even to mention HF that would prevent OHK from happening.

wolverine has matched combat speed with spider-man (fighting him to a standstill) and spider-man has faster reflexes than karnak. karnak was never exposed to the terrigen mists and therefore does not have superhuman reflexes, speed, etc.
spock tried the vulcan nerve pinch on wolverine once...and logan was up in a few seconds. almost automatically. does a 1-2 second knockout count as a forum win? I don't think karnak could even get that.

The Mist just gives them unique powers. Every Inhuman has enhanced stats from the birth, I think.
Not that it matters, Hand Ninjas are somewhat enhanced, too... by dark magic... and Wolverine kills hundreds of them.

He pretty much did. Or close to it anyway. The point is Karnak is not doing that much damage to him, nerve strikes won't put him down and he can't break adamantium. What can he do to OHK him then? Tickle him to death?

nerve strikes doesn't mean OHKs can't work
if Karnak can hit him with enough force to turn his brain to mush, then logan would be KOed. karnak may know just where to hit logan's head to have that effect.
