The Life Drain's the only one I could maybe see as over the top, but it's a slow attack, not an instant kill. Also, if it's over-used the intangability power goes away. People with the right powers can and have escaped it, or overcome the thing inside.
Cloak and Dagger fight drug dealers, cults, and Evil Voodoo Pawnbrokers. They teamed up with Power Pack. They can be very effective due to the oblique nature of their attacks, but this is their weight-class.
intagibily and life drain i think is too much, but look, when i say something is my opinion only, and if tou think i´m wrong tell me otherwise. once again my opinion i´m not moderating this tournament when i say some character is not meta it doens´t mean he isn´t allowed by the moderator

at the begining of the fight, i think if carnage attacks her she has time to teleport him to someplace else, or she starts by teleporting herself to otherplace and then there´s just so many ways, she can teleport some body parts, some stuff inside carnage, you think she doesn´t have the speed to do so, right?

I don't think she has to speed to do it before Carnage moves the hell out the way.

Zero automatically shuts down a persons life force (as in "kills them"😉 if they have hostile intentions ... I think he wont be allowed
