Ok, since Evangel hasn't objected yet, I'm guessing he's cool with my repick. For my other meta pick, Gambit (current, Horseman version). http://www.marvel.com/universe/Gambit I know he has Gambit's abilities and the additional powers from the conversion process, and I was worried Evangel would say he's too high for meta. He doesn't control time or manipulate matter.
The Galactus incident happened in a place where Galactus couldn't access the power cosmic .. he was essentially a big purple version of Giant Man

So what are the main difference from regular Gambit? that bio didn't really say anything after the part where he lost his "look at it and it explodes" powers.

OG Gaurdian.. I'm thinking first appearance in Uncanny through his seeming death battling Omega Flight... couldn't do the over-the-top stuff. After that he got all sorts of crazy alien-tech upgrades.
The fastest he could go with his "Ultra-linear Leap" was about 13,000mph, and that's ony be if he was flying due east high altitudes. That was only realy an escape or intercept move. His combat speed and reflexes were way lower.
His normal best speed was around the speed of sound.

Anyways I won't put my two cents in on if he should be allowed in or not. Not up to me.
The Galactus feat is a high end feat as the people who were also battling Galactus at the time could do nothing prior to Hudson attacking him. Won't say who that's up to others

when evangel put examples of enhanced character she said iron man, colossus and thing, so thing is not meta.
