I think it's really going to heat up from now on, with Spiderman apparently going toe to toe with the Pro-reg villains and Namor making a significant appearance judging but the cover art of issue 6.

Personally, I loved issues 1-3, and I still think issue 4 was masterfully drawn, but I agree that it was the most lax of the main book so far.

Is it just me, or was CW #4 little predictable..?

It was BOOOOOORING, the thor clone was not nearly as menacing as i hoped he would be with his fake Mjolnir.

Thor will own Sentry and the Pro-league's asses

I dont think the Thor in CW4 was Don Blake who lifted the hammer in FF.

The clone acted more like a machine than a living being.
And it is mentioned in the comic that they should have gave him
consience llike Don blake ergo that means there is still a Thor out there.

And hell a filthy clone never can lift the real uru hammer.

Of course. Mark Millar just said the real Thor will return in his new ongoing.

I have a feeling that CW#4 has becoem the new IC #7

it's definitely unfullfilling - not worth the delays, that's for sure

so let me get this straight...they plan to put the likes of bullseye and lady deathstrike on the streets and not have this blow up in thier faces...🤨i was wavering at first til i saw what thor was gonna shape up to be but im anti-reg all the way now 110%..even if the Pro stockpiles some of my favorites, im still sticking with Cap.

.personally i think its messed up how they brought back black goliath from obscurityt after all these years only to kill him off like that.....can you say a guilt ridden reed clones him and brings him back anyone? Also, i sincerely doubt that reed and sue are getting divorced, cuz that's a genie that you could never put back in the bottle(spidey unmasking for example) that would change comicdom too severely...i think reed is just on the bandwagon cuz he isnt hindered by ethics anymore..meaning he was fully capable of all these scientific feats all along but never had the right reason or motivation. so now that he's telling himslef that he's bringing criminals to justice he's letting his mind run free..

as i was saying about changing comicdom. better enjoy it while it lasts cuz the consequences of CW will only last for a few months, maybe even a year. mainly beucase it will take a significant event like the Real Thor coming back pissed off that there were clones made of him, the hulk coming back to Earth with an alien army, or Namor launching a very serious "im not kidding around this time like when i was 18" invasion... i wager thats when everybody will galvanise and finally bury the hatchet....and we still have yet to see what role the grandmaster, and the squadron supreme have to play in this, plus is it me or did i see the Watcher grimacing with anguishin one panel? i dont know ppl i cant see any thing other than a planetary mindwipe setting things straight

I thought it was an excellent, I think this is really the turning point for the whole story. Thor killing Goliath in cold blood! Wow and its pretty much Reed's fault. Some of the "Pros" second guessing their decision. Caps strong will that wont let him give up. Now everyone knows why Goliath was brought back from oscurity. Some of the worst villains used to hunt the "cons", thats just a disaster waiting to happen. Now my question is, Who took Thors hammer in FF?

just read it..

Millars giant killing fetish never ceases to make me LOL.

this issue wasn't as good as the others but it was still enjoyable.

great civil war issue, i knew it couldent be the real thor.

I havn't read the interview, what's his new on-going title? Is it a Thor on-going?

Apparently Miller wanted to use the real Thor but couldn't because of the upcoming JMS Thor series.

I am intrigued to see how this ends but not including thor is pissing me off.

I think issue 4 has probably been the worst of the issues yet but was still fairly decent compared to most of the rubbish that's printed these days 🙂 I liked the art. The storyline has been decent up to this issue where it's gotten a little predicable and wacky, yet still enjoyable. Overall it was a decent issue IMO. I can't wait to see spidey regret going pro-reg next issue............

How the hell can they make a copy of the hammer. Only sky fathers can make it ex Surter, odin etc

It's probably a very depowered version 🙂

Issue 5 reveals who the guy in the ski-mask was ✅

It looked like some sort of technical device, not the real hammer.

I thought it was a good issue. The delay hurt it a bit, but a fill-in artist would've hurt it more.

Hercules and Invisible Woman = 👆
